Membership Identification
Your tail number is your CAA membership ID. FBO personnel use your tail number to validate your membership status directly with CAA. As we do not issue membership cards, our Preferred FBOs will not ask you to provide documentation to verify your membership. If they do, please let us know.
Membership Rules
Your support fuels everything we do. Remaining loyal to the CAA Preferred FBO network helps us promote quality service and fair, competitive pricing. As a CAA Member, you agree to abide by the following membership rules:
- Pricing is only available by logging into the CAA website, CAA Jet Fuel app, or through direct integration with authorized 3rd party partners (hyperlink). CAA staff or FBOs will not provide pricing to members via phone or email.
- Pricing is proprietary and not to be shared with anyone not associated with your company or CAA member account.
- Using your CAA membership to price-match at non-CAA FBOs is strictly prohibited.
- Member aircraft must exclusively be operated under Part 91. Aircraft that are placed on a Part 135 and/or charter certificate for any reason will be immediately disqualified without refund.
- All goods and services provided by the FBO must be paid for in full prior to departure.
- Preferred FBOs have the right to determine if CAA pricing will be offered to base tenants.
- Member aircraft must be on the Preferred FBO's ramp to be eligible for CAA pricing. Any exception to this rule is at the discretion of the FBO.
- Membership Fees are not refundable once an application has been approved.
- If a member is found in violation of the above agreements or causes harm to CAA's program or reputation, they are subject to immediate disqualification from the CAA program without refund.
Member Voting
Members are encouraged to participate in the selection process of the CAA Preferred FBO network. Each member account appoints a single person (Voting Contact), who will receive notice of the election and represent your preference to help CAA management make the final determination.
Voting for FBOs is open monthly from the first calendar day through the seventh calendar day, from 12:00 AM Central to 11:59 PM Central. Members can vote during this time on new, renewal, and competitive bids. Members are required to log in to CAA.org to vote, ensuring all votes are recorded electronically. CAA asks that members vote only on airports they currently visit or would utilize in the future.
Election results are announced via email at the end of the month in the Jet Blast Newsletter. New FBOs are typically added to the CAA network by the first calendar day of the following month and will appear on our website and the mobile app (CAA Jet Fuel) as soon as they are active.
