Reset Instructions
- Click the "Login" button in the top-right corner of your screen.
- Enter your email and hit "Next".
- Click "Reset password".
- Click "Email code to {your email}".
- Enter the 8-digit code you received in your email and click "Verify".
- Enter a password, confirm it, and click "Reset password".
Your password must conform to Microsoft's password requirements: It will need to be a minimum of 8 characters and include characters from at least three of these groups: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Passwords are case-sensitive. - Click "Next" on the confirmation page to access your account.
